Terms of Sale of the Online Course
Date of publication: 01.05.2025 · Last updated: 24.06.2026
I. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules for purchasing and using online courses available on the Aesthy educational platform, operating at www.aesthy.md.
- The seller of the courses is AESTHY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, headquartered in Warsaw, ul. Jana Ostroroga 21/7, 01-163 Warsaw, registered under KRS number 0001161948, NIP: 5273156525.
- Customers may contact the Seller via email: hello@aesthy.md.
- By completing the purchase, the Customer agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
II. Course Purchase
- Courses can be purchased through online payment methods, including payment cards or the PayU platform.
- After the payment is successfully processed, the Customer will receive access credentials to the Aesthy course platform at the email address provided in the order.
- If the message does not appear in the inbox, it is recommended to check the “spam” or “promotions” folder.
- The Customer may request a VAT invoice — it is sufficient to provide the necessary billing information when placing the order.
III. Course Use
- Once the Customer's account is activated, access to the course materials is granted immediately.
- The access period for the course is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The course is intended for use by one individual only. If multiple people wish to use the course, additional access licenses must be purchased.
IV. Refunds
- Pursuant to Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund does not apply once the service has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent before the withdrawal period expires, and the consumer has been informed about the loss of the withdrawal right — which applies to the immediate granting of access to the course after purchase.
V. Complaints
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint related to the purchase or functioning of the course.
- Complaints should be sent to: hello@aesthy.md.
- Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days from the date of receipt.
VI. Contact
If you have any questions, comments, or technical issues, please contact us at: hello@aesthy.md.
VII. Personal Data Protection
Customer personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR). Detailed information regarding data processing is available in the Privacy Policy at www.aesthy.md.
VIII. Partner Discount Codes (PrawnikMED)
- As part of Aesthy's cooperation with third parties (hereinafter: "Partners"), Customers may be provided with individual discount codes entitling them to purchase products or services offered by a Partner on preferential terms. This section governs in particular the rules for using discount codes made available to Aesthy by PrawnikMED for Aesthy course participants.
- The discount codes referred to in paragraph 1 are intended exclusively for persons who have purchased a digital product offered by Aesthy. The right to use a discount code is granted solely to the purchaser of the relevant digital product and is personal and non-transferable.
- A discount code may not be transferred, shared, published, resold or otherwise used by any third party who has not purchased the Aesthy digital product entitling the holder to use the code. Each code may be used once only, unless the terms of a given promotion provide otherwise.
-
If the rules of using the discount code are breached —
in particular by transferring, sharing or using the
code by unauthorised persons — the entity providing
the code (PrawnikMED) reserves the right to:
- refuse to apply the discount,
- cancel the order to which the discount has been applied,
- claim from the unauthorised user reimbursement of the value of the discount granted.
- Services purchased using a discount code are provided directly by the Partner (PrawnikMED) on the basis of a separate agreement concluded between the Customer and the Partner, in accordance with the Partner's own terms and conditions. Aesthy is not a party to that agreement, does not provide the services covered by the discount code, and is not liable for the manner, quality or effects of their performance. Any complaints concerning services provided by the Partner shall be addressed directly to the Partner in accordance with its terms.
- The detailed conditions of the discount code — including its validity period, the scope of the discount and any exclusions — are determined by the Partner each time the code is made available or in the rules of the relevant promotion.
IX. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.
- These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Aesthy website.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular: changes in applicable law, changes in the scope or manner of providing services, security considerations, the need to clarify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the addition of new Partners or modification of the terms of cooperation with existing Partners.
- Customers holding active course access will be informed of any planned amendment to the Terms and Conditions by electronic means — at the email address provided upon purchase — at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published at www.aesthy.md together with the date of the last update.
-
To contracts concluded before the amended Terms and
Conditions take effect, the provisions in force on the
date of conclusion of the contract shall apply, subject
to the following:
- changes resulting from mandatory provisions of law shall apply from the date such provisions enter into force,
- changes concerning the rules of cooperation with Partners (Section VIII), including the addition of new Partners or modification of discount code terms, shall apply from the date of publication of the new version of the Terms and Conditions and shall not affect rights acquired by the Customer to the course content.
- If the Customer does not accept the amendments to the Terms and Conditions, the Customer may discontinue use of the platform; this shall not deprive the Customer of the right of access to the course content acquired before the amendment, on the terms in force on the date of purchase.
